My friend wants to get pink highlights, she has dark brown curly hair. what do you think?

Sounds good, she will have to lift(bleach) her hair(where she wants the color) before she can put the pink in though.

her hair might not be quite dark enough for that though.

i think pink would look okay with brown hair, but it will look much better if her hair was dyed black first.

she can try it out, but if she's not too happy about it, tell her to dye it black. and then add pink.

by the way, you two must be really good friends for you to care enough about it. its nice to see those kinds of friendships. =]
