Splat hair dye...?

so im planning on using this hair dye, and dying my unders pink...

i have a couple questions...

first, will it fade to a really gross color, like manic panic does? if not, what happens to you hair after four to six weeks?

does the bleach and peroxide totally mess up and kill your hair if your hair is really healthy before you dye it?

and, how long should you go without washing your hair after you dye it? because, i mess with my hair all day, and it sorta gets greasy.

and if you know of any hair dye that you think might be better, let me know. but, if possible, i want all of it to come in a kit. i dont like manic panic, so i hate having to buy flash lightning...

Splat hair dye...?

Well i put blue under my hair [[when i had black hair]]

it looked awesome but then it started fading out,

but u will have to keep redying it

mine went from,

Blue, to gray, to white[[looked awesome btw]]

then ti went to yellow, then blonde.

it was weird i hiope i helped.
