umm...i am getting a hair cut and high light i want everyones personal opinion okay it a shoulder length EXTREMELY layererd scene hair cut. The highlight s are hot pink

is your hair brown? cause i really dont like brown + pink as a combo.

You'll have to keep dying the highlights often or they will fade and look really bad, and you'll have to get your hair trimmed often to maintain the cut. Make sure you want to invest your time and money in this hairstyle!

since the highlights are hot pink, I'd stick with sholder length, but deff. with noticable layers.
