What awesome colors should a 13 year old girl dye her hair this summer? I'm thinking like pink highlights and blue tips, something crazy awesome!!

Your idea is good, what about blue and green?
Or all over purple with pink tips, that would look cool.
My hair is blue black in the back and dark red in the front. Maybe that will give you an idea.

thirteen yearolds don't look good with colored hair. it makes you look tacky. And if your'e going with a color, dont do pink.
