My hair is dark brown almost black %26amp; is below my shoulder. The problem is it gets very frizzy in humid weather or after being exposed to water... making it difficult to keep straight. I have a partial perm so i don't want to add anymore chemicals to my hair, which is very fragile. I'm thinking about getting black hair extensions with platinum blonde or hot pink highlights, which would be a few inches above my waist. any suggestions?

sounds like it could be cool but if you do this half your hair would be frizzy and permed and the rest would be straight
