What do you think of this hair colouring idea?

I have to have normal colours for school [No pink, green etc]

I have ash blonde hair [Not propa light] and I also have short layers. I was thinking of dying my top layer brown.

Do you think this is a good idea?

I personally, find 2 tone hair to look tacky. But hey, it's your hair. If you think it'll be something you can pull off, go for it! ^_^ If you don't like it, you can always dye it back. Maybe use a temporary haira color just to see what it would look like?

i wouldn't recommend doing the top layer brown. maybe brown and blonde highlights and lowlights throughout the hair. or you could do more specifically brown lowlights and blonde highlights.

you could have blonde and red woven through the top,or dark brown/light blonde or brown/red.will look great
