I have a state meet that day and won't have much time to get ready. I have LONG thick blonde hair and green eyes. Any tips or idea's for make-up or hair is appreciated. I also have a pink dress.

ok, so put light make up on...a little foundation (if u need it, if not then powder), pink eyeshadow (probably a light rosy shade...do NOT go over the top...), light brown mascara, light blusher and nude colour lipstick...don't put eye-liner on, but if u really want ur eyes to stand out a bit more, put some dark eyeshadow on the edge of ur eyelids...

how long is ur hair? if it's like up to the middle of ur back, then u could do a side parting, straighten it up to a few inches from the roots and curl the rest of it into locks...or if it's really long, then straighten it and then do a side parting and clip back the front hair from the larger section to the side with a small hair clamp (it should stand out - maybe pink or black with nice designs - or maybe even pink and black)...

I'd say take two little pieces of hair and let them hang down in the front. Then, pull it in a high ponytail, braid it, and wrap around into a bun.

For your hair: If you can take a curling iron with you, and if your hair will hold the curls, maybe just put some curls in various places, focusing around your face. It wouldn't take long, but would be dressier than usual. You can arrange some of the curls with cute pins too.

For make-up: something light. Girls often put on too much make-up and most guys like less. If you need foundation, then use it, otherwise, just a bit of powder so you're not shiny, eyeshadow (maybe a light rose color? Stay away from any dark color- ie dark blue), mascara (not black, something lighter or even clear), and some pink tinted lip gloss. It'll be quick and still look good. Understating is better than overstating in the make-up dept.
